Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Horse Collar (“the app”), published by RC Digital LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
The app and your license
Horse Collar is a free card game offered for your personal entertainment. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Playing fair
When you play online multiplayer, please keep it friendly:
- Choose a display name that isn’t offensive, harassing, or impersonating someone else.
- Don’t harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
- Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with other players’ games, or access data that isn’t yours.
You’re responsible for the display name you choose; it’s shown to the other players in your game. We may remove a player from a game, or restrict access, to keep games fair and safe.
Just keeping score — no real‑money gambling
Horse Collar is a game of cards. The in‑app scores, history, and the “session total” are provided purely for fun and recordkeeping. The app does not handle money, accept wagers, or facilitate any form of gambling. If you and your friends choose to keep stakes among yourselves, that’s entirely between you — RC Digital LLC is not a party to it and is not responsible for it.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or available at all times — especially online multiplayer, which depends on your connection and third‑party services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RC Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the app.
Changes
We may update the app or these Terms over time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or limit access to online features if these Terms are violated.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules.
